Personality Psychology Workshop

Workshop Made and Led By: Jacob Bower and Vanessa Tran

This workshop explores personality psychology through both type and trait theories of personality. It covers common personality assessments like the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Enneagram Personality Types. All 16 MBTI types (two sides on four different value scales) as well as all 9 enneagram types are explained. Viewers can apply the insights from these assessments to develop their own self-awareness and appreciate the differences in others. Personality psychology can help viewers improve their interpersonal relationships inside and outside of the professional realm.
